Javier Gozalvez, Associate Profesor at UMH’s Department of Communications Engineering and Director of the UWICORE Laboratory, has been appointed Program Co‐Chair of the IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference 2013 in Boston (USA). The conference is one of the major international scientific events in the area of vehicular networks and cooperative ITS. Prof. Javier Gozalvez will work together with Professor Marco Gruteser from Rutgers University (USA) to define the conference program.
